The Frequency Shift

• One 90-minute 1:1 session via Zoom

• A complete, standalone catalytic experience

• No Voxer container, follow-up support, or payment plan

• 2 × 90-minute 1:1 sessions (Opening + Closing)

• Voxer voice container for the full 3-month duration

The Frequency Leap — 6 Months

• 3 × 90-minute 1:1 sessions (Opening + Midpoint + Closing)

• Voxer voice container for the full 6-month duration

The Voxer Container

The Voxer container is an extension of the transmission itself — not a messaging service, not customer support, not an on-demand resource. It has its own rhythm and its own quality.

• Mattie initiates a minimum of once per week when the conversation is not already actively flowing — with a voice note, reflection, or question.

• You may check in at any time.

• Responses arrive when Mattie is in aligned, elevated energy — not on a fixed or on-demand timeline. This is how the quality of the transmission is maintained.

• It is not a channel for scheduling, admin, or urgent support. Direct those to contact@frequencybymattie.com.

This rhythm honours the energetics of how Mattie operates as a Manifestor. It is agreed to at the point of purchase.

Voxer Transcription

To support the quality of your sessions, Mattie may transcribe Voxer voice notes exchanged during the container. Transcripts are used solely for session preparation — to help Mattie show up fully informed and present for your work together. They are not used for any other business purpose.

• By purchasing a Frequency Leap container, you explicitly consent to your Voxer messages being transcribed for session preparation purposes.

• Transcripts are held in confidence and are permanently deleted when the container closes.

• If you do not wish your Voxer messages to be transcribed, notify Mattie in writing at the start of your container. The service will continue without transcription.

Session Recording

• Sessions are routinely recorded.

• Both Mattie and the client receive a copy.

• By booking, you give explicit consent to being recorded.

• If you do not wish to be recorded, notify Mattie in writing before the session.

• Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared or published without prior written consent.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

• Sessions are booked by mutual agreement after purchase.

• 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited at Mattie’s discretion.

• If Mattie needs to reschedule, she will give as much notice as possible.

Technical Responsibility

• A stable internet connection is the client’s responsibility.

• If a session is disrupted by technical issues on Mattie’s side for 20 minutes or more (90-minute session) or 15 minutes or more (60-minute session), a replacement or partial session will be offered.

• Technical issues on the client’s side do not entitle the client to a replacement session.

2. Payment

Pricing & Currency

• All prices are in Euros (€).

• Clients are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion costs, or local taxes.

• Prices include Danish VAT where applicable. B2B clients within the EU may provide a valid VAT number for VAT-exclusive pricing.

Payment Plans

• Payment plans are available for The Frequency Leap offers.

• The total payable under each plan is displayed clearly before purchase.

• Each instalment is a binding obligation. The full contracted amount remains due regardless of engagement level.

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed via Stripe, through Kajabi (mentorship) or Acuity Scheduling (standalone sessions).

• Frequency by Mattie does not store payment card details.

Failed Payments

• Day 1: Automated notification sent.

• Day 3: Follow-up reminder sent.

• Day 5: Final notice sent.

• After 5 days: Container paused. Voxer access and session scheduling suspended. Time lost during a pause is not recoverable — the container end date does not extend.

• After 14 days: Frequency by Mattie may terminate the container. The full outstanding balance becomes immediately due and may be pursued through available legal channels.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cooling-Off Period

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, provided the service has not yet commenced. To withdraw, contact contact@frequencybymattie.com in writing before the service has commenced. A refund will be processed within 14 days.

By confirming a session booking within the 14-day window, or by initiating use of the Voxer container before your Opening session has taken place, you consent to early commencement and waive your right of withdrawal for any portion of the service already delivered.

After the Container Has Commenced

• No refunds are issued once the container has commenced.

• Commencement is defined as the delivery of the Opening session, the initiation of Voxer container use, or for The Frequency Shift, the session itself — whichever occurs first.

• If you are on a payment plan, remaining instalments continue to be due regardless of your level of engagement.

Early Termination by Client

• No refund is issued for the portion of the container remaining.

• Payment plan instalments continue to be due in full.

• Before ending your container, reach out to Mattie by email. Most challenges can be worked through within the container itself.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of serious, documented exceptional circumstances — such as a significant medical event, acute mental health crisis, or bereavement — Mattie may, at her sole discretion, offer a pause or partial credit toward a future offer. This is not a standard entitlement. Each case is considered individually.

Termination by Frequency by Mattie

If Mattie terminates a container for reasons other than client breach or force majeure, a pro-rata refund for sessions confirmed but not yet delivered will be calculated. The Voxer container is not included in this calculation. This is the sole exception to the no-refund policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

Eligibility

By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Not Therapy or Medical Advice

This work is consciousness-based mentorship drawing on Human Design and Gene Keys. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or medical advice of any kind, and does not replace professional medical or therapeutic care.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please seek qualified professional support.

Self-Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and actions before, during, and after your engagement. The work is catalytic — it activates your own capacity for self-directed exploration. It does not make decisions on your behalf or take responsibility for outcomes in your life.

No Guarantee of Results

No specific outcome, shift, or result is promised or guaranteed. Transformation is not linear. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes.

Conduct

Clients are expected to engage — across all channels, including Voxer and email — with respect and integrity. Abusive, threatening, or harmful conduct will result in immediate termination of the container with no refund.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Ownership

• All content, transmissions, voice notes, recordings, frameworks, and materials created or shared by Mattie remain the intellectual property of Frequency by Mattie.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or publicly present any content received through your engagement without prior written consent.

Your Recording

• The session recording shared with you is for personal use only.

• You may not share, publish, or distribute it without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

• Mattie holds all session content and Voxer exchanges in confidence and will not disclose them to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

• You are asked to hold the content of your sessions with the same care.

Testimonials

• Mattie may request to use your words as testimonials. You will always be asked first.

• You may decline or request removal at any time by contacting contact@frequencybymattie.com.

Privacy & Data

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy at www.frequencybymattie.com/privacy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Scope

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Frequency by Mattie is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your engagement with this work — including loss of income, emotional distress, or decisions made as a result of insights from sessions or Voxer transmissions.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific offer in question.

Force Majeure

Frequency by Mattie is not in breach of these Terms where delivery is delayed or prevented by circumstances beyond reasonable control — including serious illness, bereavement, natural disaster, government action, or significant platform failure.

• Short-term disruption (up to 4 weeks): The container will be paused and the end date extended accordingly.

• Extended or permanent incapacity: Clients will be notified as soon as possible. A pro-rata refund for undelivered sessions will be offered.

7. Legal

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply — in which case those rights prevail.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith by email. If unresolved after 30 days, either party may pursue the matter through appropriate legal channels. EU consumers may also contact the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Right to Terminate

Frequency by Mattie may terminate a container for client breach, conduct violations, unresolved payment failure, or force majeure. Termination for breach carries no refund. Termination by Mattie for non-fault reasons is subject to the pro-rata refund in Section 3.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed. The remaining Terms continue in full force.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, including the Disclaimer in Section 8, together with the Privacy Policy at www.frequencybymattie.com/privacy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications.

Amendments

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the date of your purchase applies. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
